From 24 to 26 June 2025, the international expert community gathered for ICOLIM 2025 in Oslo – the world’s most important industry event for live work technologies. HighStep Systems was there this year and presented together with our partner Slingco Limited future-oriented solutions for safe work on high-voltage systems.

The trade fair offered a unique opportunity to not only learn about cutting-edge industry technologies, but also experience them firsthand. Live demonstrations, practical application examples, and intensive discussions with international experts from technology, research, procurement, and occupational safety were the focus.
Day 3: Focus on practical demonstrations
A special highlight was the third day of the trade fair, during which innovative maintenance solutions were presented in live demonstrations – including our proven climbing system, which is characterized by modular expandability, the highest safety standards and a vandal-proof design.

More than an exhibition – a global networking forum
ICOLIM sees itself not only as an innovation showcase, but also as a platform for exchange, continuing education, and strategic partnerships. Through our joint booth with Slingco, we were able to pool our expertise and establish numerous valuable contacts – both with international decision-makers and with technicians and safety officers from a wide range of sectors.
Knowledge advantage through dialogue
In addition to product presentations, the focus was also on gaining knowledge: new safety requirements, standards and regulatory developments were discussed, as were future challenges in the areas of working at height and energy infrastructure.
Conclusion: A strong signal for the industry
As a company committed to safe and efficient work at height, ICOLIM 2025 was a complete success for us.
