Welcome to the team, John Andreoli – Our new colleague at HighStep Systems

We are very pleased to welcome John Andreoli as a new member of HighStep Systems. With a degree in mechanical engineering, John brings extensive experience in developing custom solutions for transfer machines and has overseen both mechanical and pneumatic aspects in this area. He has in-depth knowledge of the design of mechanical components in the “Solid Works” CAD system and brings invaluable skills in optimizing assemblies and components.

At HighStep Systems, John will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaboration on new product developments, including the creation of specifications and functional specifications
  • Design of mechanical components in CAD, from the drawing to the finished 3D model
  • Creation of technical documentation, instructions and documents for product certifications
  • Support in prototyping and testing, including comprehensive documentation
  • Repair, maintenance and commissioning of products as well as creation of the corresponding test and service protocols
  • Maintaining master data in the ERP system and researching technical standards

John's extensive experience and innovative prototyping skills strengthen not only the team, but also the HighStep Systems brand as a whole. With his contribution, our company will be able to further increase its innovative strength and the quality of its products. This supports our commitment to deliver first-class solutions for height access and fall protection technology that are at the highest technical level and even better meet our customers' needs in terms of safety and efficiency.
